Use of this web site assumes that you fully accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. These Terms & Conditions also state that by signing up, you are certifying you have read and understand our Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

FreeGadgetNet.com reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions, products and offers. We are always searching out new Gadgets and affiliates to provide you more options. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive. We want you to have the hottest products available!

I. Membership

1. All users must provide 100% accurate information and be at least 13 years of age. FreeGadgetNet.com is not responsible for lost orders due to inaccurate shipping information.

2. Shipping of gifts is restricted to the United States. Sorry, no PO Boxes allowed (shipping purposes ) For PayPal Cash rewards payments are available worldwide. All PayPal Cash certificate funds refer to US Dollars.

3. Only 1 account is allowed per shipping or IP address. One person may not have more than 1 account at FreeGadgetNet.com, even if they provide different shipping addresses. Providing false information in order to gain referrals is fraud. If a member is suspected of having more than one account or providing false information to gain referrals, the member will be notified and all accounts in question will be placed on hold until the issue is resolved. If your account is placed on hold, you are not permitted to create another account. Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts can not be merged into one account. Everybody makes mistakes. In the event you misplace your account information, do not create a new account. 4. USERS MUST COMPLETE THE OFFER BY USING THE LINK PROVIDED BY FreeGadgetNet.Com. If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliates link, or go to the offer site by any means other than through FreeGadgetNet.Com, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THAT OFFER .

5. Users are responsible for saving all confirmation e-mails received by affiliate companies . In the unlikely event a tracking error is made by one of our affiliates, we want you to receive credit for the qualified offer you accepted.

6. FreeGadgetNet.com encourages all members to READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS before signing up for a selected offer. We want you happy with your selections!

7. By registering as a member of FreeGadgetNet.com, you may periodically receive 3 rd party messages, including 3 rd party advertisements and offers. FreeGadgetnet.com does not generate these messages and/or advertisements . FreeGadgetNet.com does not sell your information - PERIOD. FreeGadgetNet.com will NEVER spam you.

8. FreeGadgetNet.com cannot accept returns or exchanges after the final gift selection and order confirmation is made.

9. Be a good sport. Unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into FreeGadgetNet.com is illegal and is punishable by law. Violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus and force FreeGadgetNet.com to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.
